A 100% clogged nozzle or any percentage of a clogged nozzle for that matter will not cause any damage because the failsafe flow sensor will pick it up and reduce boost to wastegate. I tried this before driving the car and it works great.
I crimped the meth line with pliers and the failsafe signal immediately was sent to solonoid cutting boost.

E85 is not iinjection in the air pipe so it therefore does NOT cool the inlet air charge. methonal injection is however injected directly into the inlet air pipe so it does cool the air temps.

now as far as combustion temp change from E85 and methonal Im not certain.
is this what your saying about E85?

if the fail safe picks it up.

i don't know, i have seen lots of engine on meth go boom. not just in evos either. steelcity will tell you all about his experience i am sure.

both ocho cinco and meth have their pluses and minuses, but i am never a fan of adding more complexity in to a system than already exists. with meth you essentially have an outside system that is supposed to be supporting the native system without really being able to properly talk to it. makes me leery, but run whatever works for you.

is this what your saying about E85?

So what your telling me is that E85 can't cool because its not in the "air pipe"? Wow, just wow.

E85 make thing run cooler because you have to run more fluid.
more fluid = cooler egt temps
If you want cooler intake pipe buy a bigger intercooler

haha Omg nos!!!!

As for running e85 with stock injectors and stock fuel pump i don't think it would be smart. You need about 30% more e85 then gas and i don't think the stock setup can handle it.

Ya I dont think anybody wants to ask me , I mean what the hell do I know

Only thing I guess I will contribute to this Awsome debate is. We live in Pittsburgh where we have 2 very viable options as far as fuel go's straight out the pump.

93 octane , proven to be able to support more boost than most are willing to try to run it to.

E85 which well do I really need to hype this fuel up anymore than it is.

I guess its like this for those who dont believe will sort them selves out in 2 different ways.

1 breaking their shlt when that meth systeem says F U

Or just gettin beat down by another comparable setup car but running a better pump fuel option
