Eric, did you need a stock cat? I have one if you need.
I will try and give you guys a write up from last weekend hillclimbing. Just more of the same here. The car is wicked and just stuns my fellow racers. I ended up 2nd out of 85 cars and beat the SM record by 4 sec. In fact the king of the hill is a multi national champ that races a car that runs on 3 snowmobile engines and had downforce equal to a f1 car. I was told that he was talking about letting me drive his car except he thought I would actually beat him! Lol . I also won some tire contingency money. So far this has just been a great season. It's great to have the respect of all the competitors now. There are a few cars that bring everyone to the course to watch and I happen to be 1 of those. Pretty cool feeling etching my name amoungst drivers that have gone on to be racing legends. The EVO will be remembered by quite a few people for many years to come.

Again Jeremy great job keep it up man. Those that you have inspired here locally have proved that it requires alot of heart and dedication even financially. You clearly seperated yourself from a part time enthusiast to an actual true racer.
Me well i'm still just a street racer/ 1/4 mile reject haha but I plan to do that as hard as I can as well !!!

I have to go on a couple of these hill climb runs!!!
Any on closed public roads?
And yes I need to borrow a cat that will fit on an VIII for obovious reasons. A couple people have offered but I gotta plan a time with Mike S about when he can inspect it and go from there. Ill give him a ring tomorrow morning or just go up and show off my custom neon exhaust lololol.
Hey, do you have any hillclimb vids?

Well I will drop it off with Mike. I live about 5 min away and I like to bother Mike as much ad possible. I also need my car on the alignment rack this week, so i can get it there soon.
There are videos on you tube. Just look under pa hillclimbs and they should come up. I'm hillclimbevo on there. If not look under duryea, polish mtn, or weatherly hillclimb and stuff will come up. Also 0-60 mag had alittle video they did that was kinda cool. I would link them but I have no idea how to do they on the iPhone
and yes most hillclimbs are on closed public roads. Most are around 1-2.5 miles in lenght Now there are some longer ones in Vermont and north Carolina but I havnt done any of those yet. I'm not sure why2 times we run at summit in the hillclimb series! Lol.

Thanks Dan, I'm may not be into that kinda racing but I sure do have respect for it. And the car your building will be built just right for that ****.
And don't anyone think that racing is cheap! Plenty of us realize the commitment it cost to just keep the car racing, and then add on all the stuff that should, want, need to be done and you come up with a figure that is just sickening.
