yea well my excuse there is I was tired of dumping money into my car - I need a break from it and decided maintenance can wait an extra month, I just need to have fun with something and the car wasn't doing it for me.

I'm sure I can find a way to pi$$ people off.
he might get some more comments if he posted his mph or 60'! High 10's is pretty vague with his setup. Either way it is a nice run! I still have a hard time wondering how you actually drive a low 10 or 9 sec car on the street. It must be insane. I can't even get into my car, on anything but the highway usually. And I'm not even close to that power wise.

It really does sound like a pretty bad **** car. I'd love to have the motor!

Trav, I guess that chirp didn't progress as you would have liked?

Eric, I dunno when soon an I will be using Q16 and also using E98.
Look man , and please I don't mean this to offend others , but the truth is that most of these dudes don't understand what it takes to run out of the 13's to be honest. Let alone to run a 10 sec pass at 130 mph. According to most here drag racing is a skill- less pre-historic form of racing. But you won't catch them attempting to run hard at the 1/4 mile. They probably all think they can do it well . And then bam reallity sinks in and they don't want the financial repricussions of the sport or the fact that it's harder than they think.

That's just Steelcity's truths!!!!!!

Curt Brown works at Ascot motors in swickely. He has some SICK SICK cars, I think his most recent is a gsxr that runs like 9s or something. He had an Evo at some point to, might still have it.

I saw the Public Enimies with a few of my boys, MAN was I dissapointed, super boring movie. Could have picked a better looking woman for him to

+1

there is no respect 4 drag racers. If its not performed at beaver run its considered out of the evo's element. I personally respect everyones decisions on what they do. Sad thing is there is more respect to travman for buying a trek than running 10's in the quarter

I think in general its nothing more than jealousy. Dont hate bc ur car is weak sauce. We will gladly take you for a spin in a fast evo..

To many haters
