stickers from another car? how is that done......
I would say swap stock cat or highflow cat back in at inspection time? or move to a county that doesnt require emissions?
All they do is hook up a computer to your obd2 port and check to be sure your sensors are all working, correct? So if you have something that looks like a cat with no check engine light and working O2 sensor wouldnt that pass?

the problem with his car is that the cat is actually part of his midpipe.
we were going to retain the stock midpipe with cat and do header, and catback, but the entire midpipe is actually made out fo rust. it's pretty incredible. i think they took about 40 pounds of rust and molded it together with superglue. haha.

From what i understand, yes. If the Check Engine light is NOT ON and has not been on for X amount of miles (computer can tell if it is temporarily off) then it will pass. They do the OBDII computer check on all cars 1996 and newer. My saturn for some reason, has every single light on the dash on. ( new engine, clutch tranny ect) so i dont know what it is, will still pass because its a 1996. Do the mechanical fix as i did and it will stay off

I didn't. I just assumed it was because it was in the local Pittsburgh thread. Then I saw it in a bunch of other threads too.

Hey guys, I've got a set of evo 8 wheels I'm looking to get rid of. If you're looking for some winter wheels or dedicated track wheels then let me know. Im tired of seeing them sit here and I have no use for them.

Just letting you know what you are up against there.
Good catch, didnt know that information.
