Baierl was great to deal with too. My salesman's name was Brett McNeill. Real cool guy, was very attentive and helpful. If anyone is the market for a new Mitsu i wouls suggest Baierl as the place to go.
Also Jeff from Mitsu R&D said that the VIP program may be ending on the evo's in a month or so. So if anyone is interested in upgrading at below invoice price, i will gladly send you his contact info.
Jeff was really helpful too. He has consistantly gone above and beyond the call to help me out. From picking the suspension designers brains when i was having my weird noise in my viii, to orchestrating me getting every cent off this car possible.
I owe him many beers next time he is back in town!

Yes Jeff is definetly the man.....
He helped me out a ton during my 04 saga, from my suspension issue to me finding out it was wrecked. He gave me the discount so I could even afford a IX, to get out from under my old 04. Plus went above and beyond the call of duty and went into his office on a saturday while I was at the dealership fighting to get me the correct forms i needed so I could get a deal done that day.....and he helped get me some names in the upper levels of mitsu to report the dealership.
Its good to know there are good people out there, and are always willing to help you out in some way

Don't have much. I'm better at reverse engineering ecu code, welding, and assembling engines that I am at making a website. What I can think of. Car has about 10 grand in it including the price of the car as of 2006 and will have 12-14 into it by 2007. I ran 11.5 at 130. Major mods are:
-stock motor/stock cams
-pte scm5031e turbo
-650cc injectors (stock fuel lines and regulator)
-pte 350 hp "small" intercooler
-DIY charge pipes
-crushed 1g BOV, LS1 airflow sensor, MAFT v1.3, stock intake manifold nothing ported
-PWR radiator
-ACT 2900 clutch, XACT flywheel, street disc
-JOE P MBC
-home depot PVC intake
-cardboard "airbox"

thanks Dan! I guess they don't open for nice days then huh? Looks like we need to race each other as were a good match now. Maybe we should look into renting that track. If i remember stikiller rented it or something like that. I actually looked into renting BR but . I don't think we can get enought people to make that affordable.
