wow steve, that is one insane trunk layout.

pretty cool actually. i love how the strut tower brace comes through the liner.

i've never been a fan of huge stereo's. too much weight, but i was going to get one, i would like something like that.

on a semi-related note. i am trying to figure out how to get my rear strut tower brace to come through my stock trunk liner in a clean manner like that, or similar to jabba's trunk, if you guys have ever seen that.

i'm not entirely sure how i would go about doing that though so that it would be clean and accurately match up to where my brace comes through.

Justin,

I did this on a friends evo awhile ago. Take off the actual bar of the strut bar. Put the hats on each side, and just get as close as you can to putting the trunk pieces back on. You can actually feel through the front side where everything is. So just take a marker mark it. After that the rest is just cutting and trimming.

I believe someone did the same steps as i did, and made a write up on it. I will see what i can come up with.

I think i might be getting an enclosure like those that are at the right and left side of the wheel wells. But only 1 for my type R. Thoughts?

Looks awesome, but at the same time it looks kinda heavy... I thought about doing something similar to that.

I just want ONE of those sub enclosures. That way it still allows me to have a functional trunk, and able to get the spare out if i need it. I should have stated that before.

even with one sub enclosure are you thinking about having both sides of the trunk liner replaced with plastic or cabon fiber? or are you going to mold the enclosure into the stock trunk liner?

I don't know man. I will have to look at it, and consult some people i know. I was thinking about maybe going with a full carbon fiber enclosure like that. Might be snazzy.

Well that is interesting... I was hoping for something a long the lines of lets say gt35r, cams, turboback a bunch of stuff, oh well.

As for V-Day, i have NO idea what i am going to get my female. Plus we are going to vegas in march so maybe that can count for something, eh?
