Dave I have to disagree, road tuning I think is superior to a dyno tune. With road tuning you are actually tuning you car to variables that you actually drive in everyday (for the most part). Yeah you can replicate that to a certain extent but you can never replace the actual thing on a dyno. Nothing beats real world data and real world results....the track is what will tell the story no matter what a dyno says.
Mondo def. invest into the lc-1, the bundle they sell is awesome....and comes with the software and tactrix cable + wideband....all you need to get then is evoscan
Here is some great reading material on tuning from innovate....you will def. learn a lot about you car and will have fun doing it. You will learn to love and hate your knock sensor at the same time but remember it is your friend in the end

If you have any questions or need some help let me know....I have been messing with this stuff since it first came out, so I have a lil bit of knowledge about the software and stuff

Hey nice to hear from some of you guys! Im in for the meet. Hopefully we can get a good turnout going.
So here is a quick update as to my first TT in the Pa hillclimb series. I brought home a 2nd place trophy. I was beat bye the guy who i went with, in a bad a-- supercharged mustang. I actually am happy to have even been close! In fact He beat the record for SM on the Jefferson circuit, so all and all a good first outing. I say that was some of the most fun i've ever had in my car. Can't wait for my first road hillclimb.
