Well maybe not. you never no till you try tho. How about your suspension. are you on stock or coilovers. Tire pressure is the first thing i'd fool with to try and fix the wheel hop. I'm sure you can get better advice from some of the drag racers from around here. Good luck either way tho. I'm sure your not very happy at this point. So were you locked out of second? That happens to me quite a bit.

Well i have half way done cleaning my car. Should be ready by tomorrow's event.
On a side note, there is no way in hell i am getting that sap off the roof hood, and trunk of my car. After some further thinking and frustration i realized i am just going to get a CF hood and trunk and paint my roof black... Thoughts?

a good clay bar kit doesnt work?
On another note I finally made my self work on my tune tonight, I am currently running 24 psi, afr's at 12.0, and no knock at all. The car is loving it, I just made a timing map tonight I will flash in the morning and see if I can get it to knock.
The temperature outside this evening was awesome for tuning and making power...nice and cool

No apparently it doesn't. I got the meguirs clay bar kit. However, when i am talking about sap marks, i am not talking about 1 or 2 of them. I am talking about over 100 of them, some as big as of the end of a pin. Some as big and long as gummy worms :'(.
On a positive note though, i got this new spray on wax and it is amazing.

Steve I found a few links that have similar info, seems denatured alcohol, mineral spirits, finger nail polish remover and some other household items actually could work and not damage your finish....
1 more that says alcohol works.......

Hmmm interesting... I will be calling up my sister tomorrow and "borrow" some of her nail polish remover. All i can say is, if i don't get it off i am going to be so depressed having to buy a new hood and trunk.
Looking forward to tomorrows meet. Oh btw, is anyone else bringing a female? Mine is tagging along and yeah well hopefully there are some others so they can talk purses or something.
