Figured I'd post this now too, I just got done detailing dan's blue evo this weekend. If anyone else wants a detail before winter (or even after) just pm me and let me know.

That is awesome, what brand, specs and etc?
I bought a 50" Samsung 1080P DLP back in may, and i still love this TV. I have the LED bulb as well instead of your standard, so it doesn't get too hot and the colors are great.
Wish i had the money though for a 50" LCD, that would have been ideal.

Let me know when you want to come down and play. HD really is pretty fancy. Especially for the XBOX360.
Comcast doesn't have as much HD stuff as I would like. Food network in HD B/F/D.....

with all this HD talk anybody interested in a 61" 1080p DLP rear projection samsung? ive asked a couple guys a while back if theyd consider it but nobody has been interested...its only a year old and im lookin to get a smaller one thatll fit better in the living room cuz my apt is too small for it...PM me if youd be interested

Im planning on getting the PS3 in the near future, especially for GT5 and G.O.W III
But I need to get some other stuff paid off including the 42" tv i bought. With everything you get included, the PS3 in my eyes is a better value and eventually there will be more games, etc. When you add on the wireless connection, and HD-DVD player to the 360 (not to mention the PS3 has a replaceable hard drive) the 360 is a lot more money.
Plus im a playstation guy, im foriegn to any other controllers out there. Im like a special olympian with a xbox controller in my hand

oh alright so you just hang out there at starbucks every once in a while? i take it you sold the STI too right? im from robinson but i saw the sti sittin there all the time and then i was cruisin around to a few places and saw the 9 sittin there...i parked couple spots beside you but i wasnt in there long

honestly if halo3 wasn't coming out for 360, i would still have my original xbox.
although, i gota say, xbox live marketplace is the ****. movies, tv shows, music, games, it rocks.
i've got all my old school favorites on my hard drive. worms, contra, mortal kombat, street fighter II, etc..

The PS3 on paper is by far more superior than the 360, however it seems that it is just harder to make games for the PS3 platform. Or at least that is my understanding. Example, Madden 08 on 360 plays at 60fps. Whereas on the PS3 it only plays at 30fps.
Also i think the reason the 360 is popular would be due to their Xbox live. PS3 has a very subpar online game play system.
Btw, the 360 controllers are not that bad. I didn't like them at first, but they are pretty comfortable now.

i was planning on picking yup my reserved copy last night and i went out to robinson mall and i walked in and said hell with that...there had to have been 500 people...the line stretched from the store all through the food court and close to the entrance...i drove around to other places after that to see what the other gaming places looked like and everybody was packed but not nearly as bad
