Thats kinda like the MAP lines on your honda. If you get a bad connection on your airflow lines your set up to start doing melty melt on your pistons. They shouldn't even be selling those things, I wouldn't even tune a car with one of those on a car, even when working correctly its dicking with your airflow signal, that is NOT COOL!

Basically they took one of the shops ported manifolds and made a
recast of it....It's a very nice piece and comes with oem quality
gaskets....I'd like to have buyers for all but what did you need?

I talked to Jestr and he asked if I took out the restrictor pill...I havent.

So, i've got to take it out and see if that works.

Travman, if you could help me do that after I get off of work tomorrow, that would be great. I might see if I can fix it tonight.

that should have absolutely nothing to do with your fuel cut.

you're gonna need the friction disk obviously, and most likely a new pressure plate too (i'm almost positive that they need to replaced in tandem). honestly, you're going to pay them same for install no matter what. my advice, get a new clutch kit and flywheel. the flywheel you have in there will most likely need resurfaced at least, and for a bit more, you can get a brand new lighter flywheel.

also, it would suck to get in there, and find out the flywheel is warped or somthing, and needs to be replaced, but you didn't get one. ya know?

best piece of advice i can offer you is to give baierl a call about the install.
I am doing the install myself with my dad, and I can get the parts for cost through my company. So the install is free and basically you gave me the info I needed, which was just bite the bullet and get the whole kit LOL. Thank you for the info, I will look in my books to see what brand I want this time, since ACT didnt hold up like I wanted it too.

The general concesus is any flavor of Exedy twin, either HD or SD is the winner.

Yeah man, that was me. I work in the Strip District and was driving home from work. What were you driving? Anyone know who owns the white Evo in Southside? It has chrome Euro badges and VII tailights with Gray BBS wheels and an aftermarket exhaust.

Your right...it didnt really affect anything. I took the pill out, and nothing really changed. John/Jestr told me that maybe I was resting my foot on the clutch before shifting (the M2 flash has no lift shifting) and that it may be the cause. So, I tried just resting my foot on the dead pedal and for the first time it did rev to 7000rpm without fuel cut, but it still didnt feel very fast. Something is not right and i'm really lost as to what is going on.

Travman: Do me a favor, call me sometime tomorrow so I can meet up with you after I get off of work. I really need to log the car. Thanks.
