i will be there. if it rains we can just park in the lower level of the parking lot.

rain sucks because it gets the car all dirty, but i can't let her cower in the garage. where would the fun be in that?

Yeah like today - washed my car yesterday and got the marks off my bumper ( ) and now today it rains and it was 8 dollars wasted!

btw found a great little car was on 19 south of wexford.....takes a credit card so no rushing trying to finish before quarters run out, very clean as well + nice equipment.

touch free auto or spray?

i haven't found a spray bay yet that takes credit/debit cards, but a couple of the touch free washes do. much more convenient than trying to find quarters, or attempting to convince the machine to take some mangled 1 dollar bills.

oh by the way travis, i emailed you that map, did you get a chance to look at it yet?

Its a spray bay......first I have ever seen with the credit card option, I loved it. Didn't feel rushed while getting the car cleaned.

Yeah I got the email - haven't had a chance to look at it, I will tonight.

that's nifty, because i can easily drop 15 bucks at a spray wash if i am going for the full monty.

that's a hell of alot of quarters.

I spent 8 bucks.....cant beat it. The equipment was really nice too + has spot free rinse and works great (still has nice pressure over some of the other places that offer it).

well, on a car related note, i have been catching up a bit on the 2008 WRC season today. so far i have gotten through monte carlo and sweden, and i have to say, making everyone use pirelli tires without the run flat mousse may be a bad decision.

seems that alot of the top drivers are having some bad offs. it always seemed to be that the bfg's were much better tires. the last two seasons finding drivers with pirellis finishing on the podium was rather rare.

it will be interesting to see how that shakes up the field over the course of the season.

70% chance of rain + the game on friday, f that ****, I'm not making this one. Since the weather is nicer now, we can do the once a month meet thing if everyone's interested. I'll make the next one hopefully. But... If all goes as planned, we still may be playing hockey in May!
