In an effort to get this thread back to another one of it's goals... showing pictures of cars and the **** we are doing to them. Here is what the Evo fairy/ FedEx guy brought to my house today. All the stuff should be in by Monday and tuned next Thursday. *not pictured: AMS FMIC*
And again as an effort to get this thread back to original purpose... I am anxious to get my car to PRP once I have it completely finished. My vote is Wednesday July 9.

35r is an excellent street turbo, I don't care what anyone says - someday I hope to have one as well, but realistically it may never fit in my budget. My car is ready for one (except the clutch) - but the wallet is not even close

Hey, we should get something together for the week of the 4th. We could meet up at Rick's or somewhere close for everyone. I'm on vacation that whole week. Anytime is cool with me except for the 27th, 28th, and 29th. I'll be away.
Is anyone interested in getting together?

Where you trying to do this Brian, Ricks sports bar? That would work real nice.
I agree the waterfront for me sucks
1. its not worth it without the Evo
2. The construction does suck ball sacks
I am down for something in the area

That was me. Unfortunately I don't think I will be using the HKS intake for much longer. I am planning on getting Inejn intake and UICP. The HKS won't fit with the piping... With the way I am throwing around my money right now another $125 doesn't make a whole lot of difference.

Yeah, Rick's would be awesome for me. I'm like 10 mins away. As long as it's okay with Brian, which I'm sure it will be. He mentioned it a while back.

No, its not since you started your build, its since you started acting like a knowitall. Steelcity has my and others respect because he was trying to learn, made a mistake, and has been honest about it. You on the other hand go spouting off about **** you don't know jack about and I have a serious problem with that so I crack down on it. You've done a lot of reading and it shows. You've done very little real world wrenching and it shows. For example your car has been down for a retarded amount of time. You said it would be running in april. You got all cocky and challenged me to a race when you first started the build. You have followed through on nothing and you don't know what you are talking about. The last thing you should be doing is giving advise or cracking on a guy like travis who is out their learning on his own car, tuning his own car, and wrenching on his own car.
Retaded amount of time my cars has been down you say? ..
Ok, lets recap:
June/july I buy an EVo Green turbo.. Put it on as well as injectors, have to take my car to get transmission work from mitsu .. car is there about 1 month
august/sept Drove the car for about 2 weeks +- some time before i later sold my turbo kit and all accessories to a member of this forum
sept/oct had pulled the motor out completely and had stuff waiting to have it built but did not have all my internals.
Car is off the insurance from DECEMBER 1st till March 1st.
In that time period around january/feb the motor was taken to slowboy where it was then put on a shelf till the (13 or 14 other motors) ahead of mine were built. I told them i was in no rush. Car couldnt be driven for 2 months anways.
May comes around get new parts like AMS fuel system/New crank shaft/ etc etc
June motor is built and have been waiting about 2 weeks now on my exedy triple disk.
As i posted photos the other day my ETS 4.5" FMIc just came in finally, and i cant rush others.
The final factor is money. I am placing a budget on what i expect to pay each month on parts for the car. I AM IN NO RUSH. i think everyone on here is more impatient than me.
I am done with pittsburgh thread.
