Still debating if i want to make this manifold for a big turbo car or a car with a smaller turbo such as the fpgreen and red.

If anyone has an extra intake manifold around that doesnt need it and is okay with letting me see if for a couple days let me know

Sick little project that you got going on there. maybe we can get one CNC'd or something after you are finished!!

awesome! once i get this rough design finished i will be looking for a SLS machine or some type or 3d printer to give me a prototype mold of the product so i can do testing with it. But the final product will def need to be CNC'd. My goal is to have an improved manifold design that will allow for shorter intercooler piping without having to get a mini battery or moving the battery in the truck...while still improving power of course. Cost will also be a hell of alot cheaper then say the AMS manifold, and i mean ALOT, since this will be my first product. I hope to see this finished by spring time or beginning of the next summer at the latest.

what do you want done? PM me with any ideas im up for anything.

oooo and also found this pre-made flange with injector holes and that could use a stock fuel rail as well.

this could cut down my finish product time by alot

I second that^^^^^^.
On a side note, with this cold weather my turbo has started wining when its Cold. It takes about 15 min before the wining stops. and it only happens above 10 lb of boost. Is this normal? I don't thinks it is, my other turbo car doesn't. also it sounds like a relly big super charger

Oh and the $24 or $28 a year for subscription seems a little distant compared to my motor trend and car/driver that cost me a total of $14.00

I had a subscription from 99-04 and bam no more. Good thing i save all my magz, have like 500 totally useless copies of various companies over the last 10 years
