Any ticket fighting tips?
Just got a ticket on Rt 3 in Nashua, NH for 80 in a 55...I was going just barely faster than the traffic but still got pulled over...there goes a nice $200.
Do NH tickets show up on MA insurance? Any tips if I go and fight this? Anyone know any NH state troopers willing to help out an Evo owner in need?

i had two tickets with the same b*tch state trooper in nh a few yrs back in an old car. neither ticket made it to my insurance. that goes the same from a ticket in nj and one in maine as well. pay it and be done with it is the best advice i have for you. good luck

you could try and go to court, plead not guilty, then next time when you go to court, HOPE the trooper doesn't show, or see if you can talk to the prosecutor before entering in the court, sometimes they're willing to make a deal like they make it a no-point offense (which even if it makes it to the insurance, won't make it go up) but they want you to pay more cash.
If you do pay it, I know for a fact that the insurance company won't know, they do random checks on people, but they might check the people with higher insurance rates more often, that I'm not sure about. Good luck

It really doesn't matter if the cop doesn't show up because they send a representative. The cop that pulled you over doesn't have to be there he or she only has to write up a writen statement saying what happened. I would prob go to court and pleady that the was going that fast the if that doesn't work keep fighting and go infront of a judge. good luck
