we will be taking (from nashua) route 3 south to 495 south to 290 west

ok, looks like ozdriver cant make it, and im still waiting to hear back from letitbreath, but evobill and sap12687 are gonna meet me in Nashua. We will pick up meg along the way on 495, so that will be 4, possibly 5 from NH rollin down together.

ah well, if it rains we can just string up a tarp from everyone's spoiler

 

Sounds good Anjapower, right now I'm meeting evobill and sap12687 in nashua, then we are gonna pick up turbomeg and letitbreath on 495. Correct me if im wrong, but i believe route 3 drops you off on to exit 35 on 495, so i guess any exit south of there (lower number ) would work out. Turbomeg had suggested the exit off 495 in Westford, but im not familar with it, so if you know what exit number that is and a good location to meet off that exit, we can meet you all there.


*edit* ok i looked at a map and i guess the exit in westford is exit 32. looks like it puts you on to boston road. is there anything there we can meet up at, like a gas station or a restraunt parking lot or whatever?

**edit** ok i re-read turbomegs PM and it appears there is a rest stop there on 495 in westford. Sounds like as good a place as any to meet up. Anyone that wants to meet us there, please post here or send me a PM so i know who to look out for

 

Ali, there's a rest stop off 495 just after Exit 32.

There are however 2 gas stations right off Exit 32 that we could meet at.

Unless there's a change of plans, TurboMeg will be leaving from my house Sunday morning, so you'll probably see us at the same time on 495.

I wonder why Steve (sap12687) is going to Nashua first...if he lives in Salem, it would make more sense for him to go straight down 495.

 

ugh, i just got the depressing news i knew i would get as soon as i started making plans for this weekend. The shop that has had my car for about and month and a half, said they still havent gotten my radiator in, which was supposed to be in yesterday. so they say it should be ready on monday, if they get it in today. im like you mother ****ing *** clowns, it was supposed to be ready today, monday doesnt do me any ****ing good. anyway, im gonna go sit in the corner of my office and be non-productive for the rest of the day

 

sounds like you need another shop....what kind of work you having done?

 

well i was in a bit of a fender bender a month and a half ago, and since insurance was paying for all new stuff, i figured what the heck, why not get some aftermarket stuff that i would have gotten sooner or later anyway. The only things i wanted to get aftermarket was an AMS intercooler and koyo radiator. So a month ago, i told the shop to order those parts from evomoto.com, because according to their site, they appeared to be instock, well after 3 weeks of waiting for something that should have shipped out overnight in a few days, i said **** those guys and decided to go with a buschur racing intercooler and the same koyo radiator. Burschur was very fast with the intercooler, i think it arrive in like 2 days after ordering, but i think the shop goofed and waited until monday of this week to order the radiator. Burschur had said the radiator would arrive thursday, so the shop said the car will be put back together and ready for pick up friday (today). But for whatever reason the radiator hasnt arrived yet. Oh well, who wants to drive in the rain anway? If i had just gone with all factory replacement stuff, i would have had the car back a month ago.

 

This event is rain or shine seeing how i order a huge grill, and food the arrived today i cant really push it back. So ill be there! i looked up the weather and it said 50% showers yet the news said sunday was suppose to be the only nice day. So im praying for no rain! Even if there is rain you guys scared of gettin a little wet? hopfully ill be able to get some tents or something.

 

I'm coming i think, i don't know if any friends are i'm trying to get them to come but i'm not sure yet... Lookin' forward to this meet bigtime
