Dyno Day at DSG in Norwood, MA 3/3/07!!

Alright guys, DSG has finally gotten their new set of rollers from Dyno Dynamics, and they're ready to be put to good use!

They are planning on having a dyno day for preferrably Evos, but open to other cars as well on Saturday, March 3rd.

You will get 3 runs with an A/F readout.

The cost is $100, there are 20 spots, and it will start at ~10AM.

I am going to try my hardest to get my Evo ready for some runs and perhaps some cleaning up of the tune.

Sign yourself up for a spot!

Sorry to do the "maybe" thing, but mark me as a maybe. If nothing else, I'll come and watch, but would definitely like to get on and get a base reading.

I'll have a better idea by next week.

I need a tune before I step up on the dyno for any numbers. So, if DSG's motive for the day is to just have cars up there for pulls without tuning, then I will have to pass on the event. If there are not a lot of cars, and enough time for them, I will have it there for a full out custom tune.

*If anyone from DSG wants to chime in on my request for a complete tune on my stock ECU (never re-mapped or recalibrated) for 3/3/07, that would be much appreciated I would love to be there watching others pull, and have my car finally tuned. And could you pm me with your shop rates on a tune please

I'm sure they'll gladly tune your Evo if give them a call in advance. I called them up and asked if I could come down there next tuesday and it was no problem. They're great guys with alot of knowledge and experience, tell them Kung Fu Rich told you to call.

The ETA is still waiting to hear back from the warranty rep, then from there its off to Shep...so who knows how long looking at before that car is back on the road.
