...and every other person asking me to diagnose what is wrong with their car over the phone...my day is full of interaction of senseless human life. I have come to realize that making yourself the smarter of the two in the conversation, and not bringing emotion into it, makes you succeed every time

Yes. I run a Volvo parts dept. So, between half-minded mechanics, cheap customers (the cheapest being some that net 6 figures a yr/salary) "over priced parts" ...and every other person asking me to diagnose what is wrong with their car over the phone...my day is full of interaction of senseless human life. I have come to realize that making yourself the smarter of the two in the conversation, and not bringing emotion into it, makes you succeed every time

haha your good. it drives me the most insane when people think they know wat they are talking about and they really dont. or when they tell you how to do your job. thats a good one too.
