Apparently, what had happened was someone (prob the unorganized last guy) thought they were all the same, and just had them all piled up together. So I think its pretty much self explainatory what happened there. But the good news is, Paul does have everyone's new (and correct) spark plugs (@ $13.41 ea. as opposed to the $9.99).

Oh well, at least all is squared away now....

Eww...so about those copper plugs...Well thanks for getting the new ones Paul. I owe you another $16 or so huh?

so i returned the diaqueen today and picked up the right plugs from bill. whatever brainiac had bill's job before him decided to stock all the plugs in one big pile, hence the mix up. the price is actually different for the ix plugs. they are 13 change each as i was originally quoted from bill. so ppl who got plugs from me owe $55 or if they already gave me 42, 13.
