^^^ i'd like to build a b18c or b16 that revs to 10k... that would be soooo sick. if someone built a 4g63 that revd safely to 9k+ and still made power... that would be ridiculous

actually they do. some of the larger turbos need the revs to spool. one of the 1000hp evos has a powerband that starts at 6K and goes to 9K.

B16 or B18 to 10k....I have a SCC mag at home that does a step by step build of a K20 that will get you 10K. Its an early this year issue I think, but the article was awesome. Great for a hybrid build. I am a Honda fan too guys. They do build great engines. But I am not a big fan of the front-drive. And the S2k is only a 2 seata

High revs = fun....thats why I haven't sold the 600RR....15K

k20 is def the best n/a 4 cyl ever designed... k20 hybrid anything is sick... i need a k20 powered ariel atom

the lamest thing about honda is def their fwd bias tho... i will admit that!

the only car i would have bought instead of the evo was an s2k... but its just sooo impractical. the evo shines everywhere s2ks are confused and scared by poor weather conditions and large people

i have sooo contemplated getting a bike... i cant tho... im just too clumsy lol. my roomate has a honda cbr9xx (almost 1000cc... forget exactly which model)... that thing rips tho.

sr20 =

I truthfully am not a fan of the K20. I would rather have a B16 or B18.

Glad you got em Paul I know they were in great shape, but seeing that I was getting the wheels all redone, I just upped for new ones. I have one decal to finish up this morning on the wheels, then they are ready for the snows to go back on....I am on my 11th year here at Volvo in parts our rep came in yesterday and gave us teh good news. We are #26 in the nation, and #1 in the northeast!!!! Bonus $$ = more mods

Bikes are fun, but in the last few years it hasn't been fun to go out and rip around like it used to be. More so defensive riding than anything else. I was a bike ***** for a long time, buying and trading a bike every year. Finally in '03 was when my F A(finacial advisor) said "buy something and frikkin keep it!! Stop throwing you money away." I got the hint quick...this is how bad I was for a while:

1996- bought '96 Kawasaki ZX-6 new...owned=4 months..traded it in
1997- bought '97 Honda CBR600F3 new...I got hit by a car in 1998=totaled
1998- bought '98 Honda SuperHawk new...traded it in
1999- bought '99 Honda 929RR new...had this for 2 seasons (I still miss this one)
2001- bought '01 Ducati 748 new...had this for 2 seasons and then garaged it...then sold it ...wanted $$ for Evo
2003- bought '03 Honda 600RR new...still have it
2004- bought '98 Honda 900RR used...used to stunt ...sold it last year

yeah...I was a bike *****...and still have love for the Honda'z
