Hey Dave, my co-worker is upgrading to a D60, and selling his D40...I told him you had a D40 and he's wondering if you'd want this for like $35, still in basically brand new condition...

gosh, why in the world would you sell a D40x for a D60? talk about a waste of money...i will think about the armor case...
he should consider moving up more than the D60, which is just the D40x replacement (entry level) and doesn't even get a better imager...
