Paul, what do you mean getting loose? That could have stuff to do with suspension, not brakes...like you felt like your back end was going to come around...

she felt like she was shaking/pulling a little under hard braking in a straight line. i was thinking uneven pad wear???

Everything went together perfect. And I did make sure that there wasn't any debris or corrosion or anything for that fact on the hub. We are pulling them off again, checking the hubs one more time, rebleeding the lines, then another test drive. If it still pulses, we are goingto measure the surface of the rotors and see if they are indeed what the problem is.

Dex- check your phone, I send u pic k

i tried it like waaay back and i thought it was cool but never really got into it. i like rediscovered it yesterday. such a cool idea. that new itunes8 genius feature is basically the same thing except it uses ur library. you pick a song you like and it generates a playlist that it thinks you will like. uber cool! i have sooo many songs and it SUCKS trying to make a playlist! they end up being huge and totally incoherent!

I listen to it all the time. Early today even. I find it tries too hard. I wish it would just stop using new songs and let me listen to the ones i already voted i liked.

Is this the proper way the slots are supposed to be in this pic? If so, all my boxes were marked incorectly for installation

The slot direction is not universal. I have seen some rotors with slots one way and others another way. Either way it wont cause pulsating. You need to go by the veins in the rotor.

Only a few things will cause pulsating. Brake material on the rotor, warped rotor, un even pad wear. Usually warped rotor is the cause but since they are new i doubt that. did you break the rotors in properly?

try re-bedding your pads... go about 60mph (closed course of course lol) and brake down to like 5-10mph and repeat like 10 times or so. I had a pesky Mu kit on my old tC and I did this and it helped. Just a n00bs 2 cents lol.
