Whew, net went down for a bit. Talked to Al at Westboro, they did order the short block, and they are going to check out the turbie and everything before fixing everything up. So far so good.
IF the turbo is shot I think the car will go to Alex @ DSG for a red if I can swing it. Might as well, right?
Heres to hoping everything works out, now I have to look for a friggen rental since my car most likely won't be done next week but the week after. This is going to suck a big one having to drive a rental. Ugh.

Wetsboro should be giving you one. They gave my sister one (4 cyl galant, but it was free so who cares) when she had service work done. Call them up and inquire.

the bolt ons were still on. my dealer didnt void mine or flag it, but if you ever have an issue keep your stock stuff (air box, exhaust, etc) to put back on in a snap.
and i was told they have no loaners at westboro since they only have 2 and they are both being used by differnt customers for the next few weeks (differnt people but the cars are "booked" for the next 3 weeks).

They should offer you a car from a local rental car supplier. Vehicle manufacturers will reimburse the dealer for the cost of a rental for a warranty issue. This being more so justified as you needing an engine. You are deserved a form of transportation. Don't let them tell you otherwise, or give you an excuse.
