not going to read all the posts i missed other than if it doesn't click pick an increment and use that. Half turn, quarter turn. Ajay for you, i suggest you turn it up until you see blue smoke out the tailpipe, thats how you know it is good. I mean worst case you get the motor replaced again.

Earlier, as in earlier in the day, or earlier before next Saturday. I am really busy with Sam and can't really break free, and won;t know exactly what time I will be dropping her off at Elesha's on Saturday. But I may be able to make it down that way post 6pm-ish if need be

I wouldn't want you to have to listen to me cry about not having my car again either so I'm not gonna go that route! 
I will, however, use the whole 1/4 or 1/2 turn method. See how it turns out and go from there.
