Michael Angelo Batio (pronounced /ˈbeɪtioʊ/,[1] also known as Mike Batio or MAB) (born in 1956) is an American guitarist and columnist from Chicago, Illinois. Considered to be one of the fastest guitarists in the world, Batio was voted the "No. 1 Shredder of All Time" by Guitar One Magazine in 2003.[2][3] He was also listed as one of the "Top 100 Greatest Metal Guitarists of All Time" by Guitar World Magazine, for which he writes the column Time to Burn, and one of the "20 Greatest Shredders of All Time" by Total Guitar Magazine, both in April 2008.[4]

Yeah, I agree...but he is one of the few to sample weird pedals for different and intricate sounds. There is a good article I read a long time ago...I saved the link to it. Pretty good article: http://www.freelists.org/archives/to.../msg00028.html

Al is great (my father worked there for about 10-12 years) and I also use a place in Clinton where he used to work, Henna Color. The owner is a good guy who does great work.
