well I know you can pass and remove the EGR. The EVAP is really my only concern. BUT this just in, the EVAP solenoid is only attached to the IM not the bracket i want to remove so i dont mind if it stays. It doesn't bother me so i probably wont be testing this until i go for inspection in September. I can still shut your EGR off so you can remove that though.

I think I might try taking everything off and turning off all the EVAP/EGRchecks and see how it does. I got a good friend who does inspections, so even though Im not due yet I can take my car down and he can hook it up to see what will happen with it. I was reading through a few of the threads about this, what I gather is that removing all the bluky EVAP stuff in the back of the car and just leaving the sensor plugged in and eliminating the checks will work. We will see very soon.

When we detail Jeff's car you'll have to check it out.
Speaking of which he wants me to get price info from you, as soon as he gets back to me with what he wants done.

Paul, I have a Kenwood flip up that is also made in double din format. I can get you a model number if you want, but I love it. The nav is great, hasn't failed me yet, and I used it the whole way cross country.

I would recommend not buying anything from eclipse. I have seen a lot of junk headunits come from them. I have recently become a pioneer fanboi and would stick with them. They are supposedly the best navi system you can buy.

holy crap... according to Leno, Chevy uses a special clearcoat on the CF parts on the ZR1 that costs 60k a gallon! Supposedly it stops it from flaking like our wings
