Speaking of which....I went home at lunch to see Elesha and the baby. She had called and asked if I could sneak outta here for a lil bit to come home. So I did. I walk in the house, and I'm the only one awake. Both Elesha and the baby and the 2 dogs. Oh well, it was still better than answering calls and emails at work.

Quitting coffee...that has to suck. Lucky for me I have never been addicted to anything. But I have seen people go through "withdrawals" of trying to kick some habit. Not all fun. Good luck.

Right now we are cleaning up shop, getting things organized and in order for our annual Volvo audit. Audits suck monkey *****. But after this, a few of us are headed to one of the pubs down the street. I am so tasting a Rogue Dead Guy Ale....going to take in a pint or 2 right

yah hybroxycut is pretty bad...that stuff made it so i couldnt sleep...so i stopped taking it

at what time did u take it? i take 2 pills @ around 3pm and hit the gym at 6:30pm. i swear... i feel like im running like a mexican crossing the border.

Want a remedy that will take care of you all day. It works and his relatively healthy (someone will always find a reason to knock it)

GNC Gold Muti-Vitamin: 1pill in morning 1hr before breakfast / 1 pill 1 hr before dinner

VPX Redline: 2 pills 1hr before breakfast / 2 pills 1hr before lunch / 2 pills 1 hour before dinner

It works for me but everyone is different. Its been a while since I have used a Hyrdroxy-cut product, but heard they are much bette rthan they used to be. I am never tired at work. I don't drink coffee or soda either.

i used to be crazy addicted to dunkins ice coffee... i seriously would have withdrawals if i didnt have one in the morning... im glad i kicked that habit, altho they are delicious. the worst part about them tho is about 5 sips in im running for the bathroom...

Quitters never win is right I say that in my mind when I walk past the rehab center next door to my parking spot for work. They are usually outside smokin butts every morning, tending to their court order. Mind control people. Get a hold of it.

As bad as it sounds, its a good place to park for us. I work directly in downtown Manchester. So, its tight here in the city for parking. Me and the 2 guys I work with here in parts lease an old driveway behind the building. If I open the back door to my parts dept....I see the front of a silver VIII staring me down 10 feet away
