I definitely got in over my head with this galant... (yes avengerhead I admit it).. haha

I think if the car had the parts actually with it, I wouldn't be so screwed, but the fact is somewhere down the line a ton of the bolts/nuts/etc went missing, along with brackets and such. What I was originally told that would have taken only 2 weeks to fix up and get running has turned into a cat/mouse chase for misc small parts.

/endrant

On a lighter note, the mechanic fixing the lancer still hasn't ordered the parts. His worker said since he's not getting labor for the transmission work (since he screwed it up the first time) he's lost motivation to finish it. So I'm in the hole and just going to call him constantly until he gets the job done.

Anyone here play Left4dead?

http://www.girodisc.com/catalog/prod...roducts_id=395

This is what i plan on buying. If it is too pricey for your budget they have lower stage kits. I have to say i am very impressed with the axxis ultimates on the sentra, i would really like to see how they do on the evo.

Plus if you get an extra set of lines i would buy them off of you, k?

SCENARIO: A man sees a train coming down the track. He asks some bystanders if he should stand on the track whilst the train passes by. The bystanders say, "no, if you stand on the tracks you will totally get hit by the train." The man ignores their advice and stands directly in the middle of the train track. Sure enough, the man gets a face full of locomotive.
QUESTION: Would you say that this gentlemen had the "*worst* train luck" ever?

EDIT: Don't mind me- just stopping in to add a little sunshine.

hm.. my bad.. its been a long night. My sister moved upstairs and her kid was crying ALL night. I figured after the first hour the baby would eventually shut itself up. Time to get some ear plugs...

Yes worse luck, I know.. it sucks *****. The problem with the transmission shop is that the guy is a family friend, its tough to go there and rip him another hole when he knows my family really well. He's done great work on my fam's car (minus transmission work). Maybe I'm just too nice..
