I just finished attempting to install my replacement tranny and it doesn't effin' fit.
There was a small area where the bell housing was welded, the threads were all messed up & the front dowel wouldn't align with the engine at all. Removed the dowell, tried bolting it up and the flywheel makes direct contact with the bell housing.
I am so pissed right now. Paypal claim placed, angry emails sent........I need a beer.

Hey Turco,
Do you have a link that can show me how to calibrate my TPS? I need to find out what voltage the TPS has to be set at and which pins to use to get that tps with a multimeter or if I should just keep it plugged in an use a logger.

If you know it you can use your old value or get it at or between 12.54 and 13.33. Get the TPS on the TB, plug it in. Turn the car on but not started and log the TPS - adjust until desired value is reached.
I did this method with the TB entirely back on the car with the strut bar back in, wasn't difficult at all.
The other method of reading the voltage requires you to have it plugged back in which is quite difficult to and get multimeter prongs into the connector to get the reading.
Let me know if you need more help
