I thought there was an TSB that has a diagram that re-routes the line so it doesn't leak anymore...hence the no need to wait 3 months for the ECM to reset back and then need to re-tune....

I think it applies to all Evo's...I-X. I believe this system has been the same since the first Evolution. From what I understand, there was no need to change it to adapt to the changing chassis' over time, as there was no change in the function or duty.
