They are very similarly modded, but the white '96 is $1300 cheaper. I think if the '96 had a 2g high wing, it would really complete the car. I am going on tues to look at it...

All rotor pros have the protective zinc coating. A Rep said not a single one leaves the factory uncoated. It's just that it wears off after a while, because its so thin.
I knew that, but i still cheaped out and went with unpainted hubs, which don't look the greatest, after a while.

My Uncle in a certified welder of all sorts, as is his father who builds some bad *** race cars, who tought him. If you want I can give him a call, I'm sure he wouldn't mind a side job.

They are modded exactly the same, cuz its the same car lol. Very respectable mod list. The seller has great taste
Its got the nice all CF wing and painted VG and IX tails which really completes the car. All maintenance records too. 1 owner and only has 50k miles!! I am going on tues to look at it...

Believe me guys, I am certainly considering another Evo. Difference would be no car payment for GSX/TSi vs car payment. With the new house (& mortgage!) no car payment would be nice...
As far as between the two DSM's, as far as 'beautiful' goes, I too would prefer the GSX. As far as which has a (slightly) better setup, better maintained, and probably needs less, that would be the Talon. The paint job on it cost something like $6000! It is white w/ blue pearl, which you can not see in the pictures. The suspension components have all recently been replaced, which is a big plus as well.
