Only to have a salesman at the same dealership state me a $4k reduction in trade in value towards a new X because of the caliper finish. ****ing priceless <ends subject here>
this is where i would have started fighting with mitsu and gone over the dealers head. if its enough of a problem to devalue the car it would be enough to make a few phone calls and try to make the dealer look bad.

what can i say i'll make a scene because i very much dislike the bullsht that these dealers think they can get away with.

if they denied my warranty because they reached their "quota" i think would have taken a brand new car on a test drive until the salesman cried. or you can try another dealer.

i would have started teh test drive with 'last time i drove one of these rice rockets, i rolled the damn thing over 4 or 5 times.'

My car has been down the drag strip a total of 6 times and 3 out of the 6 passes, the car was stock and I'm only turning the boost controller down because I don't want the techs beating the **** out of my car when the boost is turned up to 25. I rather have it all the way down to the wastegate pressure. The clearcoat on my brakes has been faded for about 7 months and I don't even use any harsh chemicals when I clean my wheels. I use the P21s wheel gel and my car only has 26,xxx miles.
