hey guys, it was only a matter of time, but I am back in the evo world. Bought a 1 owner, 2003 LY evo 8. (not a huge fan of the yellow, but oh well) It was a great deal that I couldn't pass up. No body work or paint done. A few basic mods on it: hks dp, perrin hfc, hks tbe, k&n intake, hallman mbc, blitz bov, turbo timer, cf boost guage and walbro fp. Oh and a little 10" sub in the back. Not sure the exact path, but 400-450whp on corn fuel will be the final destination...
Pics to come tomorrow after she gets a bath.

Naturally we are going to have to do some baseline tuning with just the wideband. Ideally I would like to log some serious street tuning, then hit ESP just to see what I start with, but who knows how itchy I will get once all this stuff is laying around my place. Either way it will be a bit before I put whatever else on I have by then. Plus I'm also in the process of getting my drivers seat warrantied..so I have to "behave" for now.
The deal TTP gave me on the exhaust, wideband, and tactrix cable, no way I could have passed it up right now.
Congrats Paul! Not gonna lie..I kind of always had a soft spot for LY.

Bill, don't forget we can always use the VDR for baselining/progress. As long as you test on the same stretch of road you will have pretty consistent data.
