So i got a ticket today for exhaust in the sentra. Also a written warning for no front plate (cant find it) and expired inspection (yeah i know i suck). Fight it? I have a perfect record so i figure i can play that card and i have had the exhaust for 2.5 years without any hassle. I figure that has to be worth something in court even if it is just reduced.

best fight the exhaust, its a moving violation in mass and will raise your insurance.

you can search these boards for my ridiculous fight that I won....it would be one thing to pay a fine but to be a moving violation is retarded.

PLUS, the law if so vauge.

I can help you out with it...I came up with a solid, legitimate defense and won.

I believe expired inspection is a moving violation here, too...even if they give it to a parked car.

I figure if i get the plate and inspection fixed and go in with just the exhaust i might get off.

where did you get pulled over? i want to make sure not to drive over there. i already had to fight one ticket in the subaru.....

Take a left out of our drive way and when you come to the end of the road take a left. That is where i got pulled over. The cop was sitting at the end of our road.

Front window is still illegal. It has to be mounted on the bumper. That is the least of my worries though.
