Anj, are you running cams? I'm at 58,500 (exactly, right now) and still on teh stock clutch. I can occasionally feel slippage if i have 4 ppl in the car and i have a less-than-gentle shift...but otherwise (knock wood) it's really been holding great.
I didn't go with cams, though, as I understand that to be the breaking point...the car's putting roughly 315 to the wheels with no other problems, though.
I know that once BREvo8 went cams+alky his clutch couldnt hold 3rd gear any more.

Although my car doesn't slip at all currently, no matter how much load I put on the clutch, aside from launching (which I never do anyway).

1) All gauges have high latency. thats just how LCD displays work. fast latencies make it much harder to read a gauge. you don't tune from a gauge, and the gauge doesnt affect the logging latency.
2) i'm pretty sure most of us can handle wiring up a serial cable. most of us have electronics/engineering degrees.
so for $20 over the price of an LC-1 i get a gauge too.
I'm sure TTP would argue it because they are gungho about the Zeitronix.

Dumb accountants like me can't figure out how to do that wiring ****. Plus the Innovative guage has pretty colors

wow, man...i forgot, you've also got the 10.5 hotside which i likely don't have.
now, my experience has come from people that launch the crap out of their car, something neither of us do, so maybe you'll be just fine....i'm not sure.
I'd love to get over 100k on my stock clutch....we shall see!

their instructions were deplorable and inconsistent with the pictures....words say hook the diode up in parallel, picture shows series....UGH. getting the grounding correct also takes a PhD in electrical engineering.
it's on like donkey kong now

how did you manage to install the lc1 correctly then?

One thing I didn't like was how the wires off the XD-16 were 2 inches long. I had to extend the wires. It is like a bird's nest behind the dash panels

I hope you have small hands and are a contortionist. It is a b*tch to get under that pedal. First time I did it - car wouldn't start afterwards...the clutch switch got bent out of the way while tightening the lock nut. Not the surprise you want the next morning while going to work

it's been happening gradually, but to put it simply... yes. i launched it without heating it up, which exacerbated the issue.
and the thing is, once its warmed up, the exedy does not need to be fully disengaged to shift, so i didn't notice it till i tried moving it getting it into gear to go home. i'm just worried i may have no room for adjustment.
