mrfreds. He posted it in comparison to a new one after he changed some mods. It was just impressive to see how well the system works.

Marshal if we get the clutch lines this weekend maybe we can do your car since it is already half torn apart.

that timing curve is horrible

also, if you have to keep increasing wastegate duty cycle to maintain boost (or have it fall off like that), it could mean you are overspinning the turbo- either that or the wastegate flapper is blowing open and you need more pretension on it to run the amount of boost you want to run.

What curve

I think I will still stick to me good ol' Hallman mechanical controller...

You make a good point about the WGDC though. Interesting stuff...wish I had more time to read through the forums...

the same problem holds true with an MBC. if you target 25 psi in the midrange, you will essentially be targeting 25 psi at redline too. probably not the best way to make power. sometimes, less is more

yeah i have been seeing people more to the forge WG setup since it holds more boost. He was also running the stock exhaust in that log. He moved to a HFC and catback and the system was pulling WGDC IIRC.

Edit: Yeah so here is his new log with the cat and catback.BIG change in WGDC:

Tim, we could definitely be down for rocking out Friday.

Also, it looks like we may be putting a garage day/weekend together for the 23rd/24th of Feb. Who wants to get what done?

I should be good for Sat, but I think we have a food testing on that Sunday. I should have all my stuff done, so I would come over for moral support (high fives, hugs and all that).
