nice, I was looking at some motor mounts, dampners, etc a couple of days ago...this seems pretty easy to install, or am I wrong?

Should take about 10 minutes with air tools.

i actually might consider the motor mount... i'm assuming the front mount is by far the easiest to replace?

EDIT: 10 mins huh? thats crazy!

Yeah, install on the front mount is pretty straightforward.

I was under the impression that dampners were no good for your drivetrain, though.... something about moving the lever arm and applying forces to the clutch or transmission.... i dunno, maybe i crazy.

i've been needing one for awhile now. i got some pretty good wheel hop going on. launching on the exedy has pretty much worn out my front motor mount.

see if you can get em for less than $75.

edit: i just picked up a EUGO sensor off of amazon for $51 shipped. posted a review up too.

Well let me see the price i can get. I think it is a good, very easy mod to do. I did inserts on the sentra which also took about 10 minutes. Took longer to jack the car up. The evo should be about the same from what i read.

Yea it seems the longest part is undoing the freaking under tray, I'm in for this product.

Right you are dave, thus the reason I never pulled the trigger.

Paul, are you serious!!! I think that counts as a mod, I've now lost all respect for you

i can't do alignment until april- i need to reinstall my coilovers first. i'm not doing that until it's warmer out.

i know on the subaru, people that replaced the tranny mount without doing the engine mounts often had transmission failures. of course, my engine is oriented differently and my pistons go side to side, but, it's similar

Yeah i figured that, if i get plates i will also need to rip my front suspension out, something i dont want to do until it is warmer and my car has been thoroughly cleaned.

Turco...can you find out the deal? I'm sure we could move 5 of them EASY.

edit i think this is something i'm beginning to NEED...
+1

If the price is right, I will participate. Although I shouldn't be putting anymore into this VIII except for the tune. But hey, this will only benefit the car. Not just an eye pleasing add on.....let me know

Awesome so depending on the price I have:
1. Turco
2. Dex
3. Dave
4. Tim
5. White Evo Paul
6. Maybe Type R

Is this accurate, yes, no, maybe. Anyone else interested?
