get an open end 7/8" wrench and wail on it with a hammer. the shock will help break it loose.
also, try some seafoam deep creep. it works a lot better than pb blast. it helped to unstick some bigass pipes on my cast iron radiators.

when/if the time comes and I need to get it out i will, im sure plenty of heat from the oxy/act torches will be exactly what i need. i lost my patience with it and did not have access to the torches at the time. honeslty though, i thought mitsu used locktite, or a 1" drive air gun to put that thing in, i took alot of O2 sensors out before, but man, this one took the cake. haha

*shrug* i have no problem getting them out... i have an interesting tactic, though...
I snug the wrench up on the O2 sensor with the open end... on the closed end I hook a ratcheting tie-down which is anchored to something solid...an eyehook in teh garage or the step bars on my explorer...then I begin to ratchet the tiedown which applies some nice, constant torque at a good 15 inch lever arm.
I win...every time...
