Turco- sorry to have to have you do this again, but over the weekend, I lost some of my saved links to evo parts. I need the link you got your t-bolt clamps from. I got my order in (from a different place) and don;t have all the sizes. Can you fwd me the link again...??? I think its 'Silocone hoses' or something along those lines...

every monday i have a meeting in sobo from 3:30 until we finish going over our stuff. Sometimes 4:30 sometimes 6:30.

So...I may need a new hotside

I am going to try the 'easy out' again tonight/tomorrow, but I don't think it is going to work. The hole I drilled can not get any bigger without hitting the threads, so drilling/tapping is not an option. I may just bring it to a machine shop to see if they can do anything with it as it is. Know of any shops that can do this? I know of a place J&M in Southborough, any others?

marshall i dont think you would need a new hotside, worst case you drill the hole slightly bigger and do a bolt, nut and washer. or you drill just up to the thread size and tap it slightly bigger even if it is SAE.

Seriously, take it to a michine shop first. A place we use here works magic on some of the stuff we can't do here at the dealership.Eventually I will have to send my stock turbo to have the broken bolt removed. Been sitting on the shelf for almost a year.
