between 4000 and 4500 on the street. my gearing is also funny because i have RA gears, so my 3rd gear is between 2nd and 3rd gear on a stock WRX, so since the gearing is shorter, torque will build later.

i think i can get it in the sub-4000 range with a little work. that gives me 4500 RPMs of useable torque.

driving around, anywhere above 3000 RPM, the turbo feels pretty responsive. below that, it's laggy.

all that topend with a 2.5" axle-back is quite impressive. need to finish my exhaust so i can start thinking about a meth setup.

I was making 26psi by 3375rpm. but i was only holding 19.5 by redline. I need my HFC me thinks.

exhaust gas cools as it moves through the exhaust and gets more dense so you don't need as big of a diameter. you need to maintain velocity. then again, i'm the crazy one, so don't mind my ramblings

also, power was falling off up top last time you rode in it compared to now.

i think the head work helped considerably.

No, I need a timing belt tensioner tool to properly set the tension.

A good friend is hooking me up with one this evening...once it's together, I'll test run it and then do a compression check.
