between 4000 and 4500 on the street. my gearing is also funny because i have RA gears, so my 3rd gear is between 2nd and 3rd gear on a stock WRX, so since the gearing is shorter, torque will build later.
i think i can get it in the sub-4000 range with a little work. that gives me 4500 RPMs of useable torque.
driving around, anywhere above 3000 RPM, the turbo feels pretty responsive. below that, it's laggy.

also, power was falling off up top last time you rode in it compared to now.
i think the head work helped considerably.
