Paul... I bought some 1/2 and 3/4 inch solid steel roundbar last night, along with a 1/4-20 tap and 1/4-20 threaded rod.
Do you know what that means?!?
That means I'm making custom StickyPod extensions this weekend!!! Yay!
Instead of paying that guy $25 for 1 12-inch extension, I bought $17 worth of materials an dhave enough to make at least 3' of extensions, PLUS some angled connectors...

I was going to run to autozone and pick up some stuff for tomorrow (vacuum hoses and whatnot) maybe swing by the parents to pick up some mail. I will be around the area until the meet, call me when you are around and I will swing by. We are meeting at 7 at Solomon pond right?
I'll call you

I'm getting some ideas as well...i bought some tools last night that should make the job easier. If we do it, though, we're going to have to locate a source of aluminum because the steel bars are just going to be too heavy. I'll show you what I mean tonight.
