JVG Motorsports in Albany, NY has been kind enough to welcome us to their new shop for a Chill and Grill! We will be having food, drinks, and checking out JVG's brand new shop.

This will be a "Pot Luck" event for food. Everyone that attends is encouraged to bring something to contribute to the grill or a salad of sorts or refreshments (NO ALCOHOL!)

It would be VERY nice if we can get a good representation of vehicles. We have had a bit of a lackluster showing from the surrounding area in the past. Lets try to turn this around and have a nice event. ALL are welcome! Bring friends, even bring Subaru's Look forward to seeing you all on the 19th.

This is the first day it was announced and although we haven't had a lot of action on EvoM, the guys from Nasioc and Unysoc already seem to be setting up quite the showing. C'mon guys, we can't be outdone by a bunch of Subaru's!

Sign me up! JVG has a nice shop, and an even better staff! I can't wait. I'm not sure what I'm bringing yet (other then my appetite), but it will be something for the grill.

If it gets a good response i may be up to the drive, it pretty far for me and I am only home for a limited time but it sounds like a good time.


EDIT: After map questing it, its only about a 2 and half hour drive, if it gets a good response im in.

There has been a great response on iwSTI, UNYSOC, NADSNY, rSpeed, CentralSubaru, Detailed Image, Albany Underground, NYStreetScene, Capital Area VW/Audi and the Mo-Hud chapter of the SCCA. Unfortunately I'm having a hard time getting the Evo community involved. In the spring we had 100+ cars and were dominated by Subaru. Very poor showing from the Evo crowd. Only a handful of cars. Trying my best to spread the word in the Evo world to finally get a good amount of us together. It'd be nice to get a good Evo scene going in the surrounding area and have meets all around. C'mon people! Hope you make the trip lancerMRguy, would love to have another TB IX in attendance

wow i read the date wrong when I first looked, I thought it was on a Saturday, count me in for sure. I thought it was just Evos and for only 4 people, a 3 hour trip would kill me, but if there is alot of people from different crowds and forums going, count me in I will be there, ill see what I can bring. Looking foward to it!
