Gates open at 5, racing starts at 6. Break at around 8 for 20 minutes to half hour. Ends at 10PM. Traffic absolutely blows going up. If you leave at 5 (like I will), you won't get up there until 6:30-7.

Even if you get up there for 7, you only missed one hour...so its not that bad if you are just watching. If you are racing, you want to get there as early as possible to get as many runs in as you want.

the weather keeps changing every day but as of right now it shows partly cloudy. hopefully it stays that way. i definatly suggest on running really low tire pressures cause I as well as many other people with evos just spin the whole 60'. if i race friday i am definatly going through the water and doing a burnout.

I would highly suggest to anyone that does not really care too much about their 60' to NOT go through the water box and to NOT do a burnout...If you do hook up, you are very likely to break a rear axle. Seriously. IMHO, YMMV. I just would not do it myself. Not worth it.

I dunno when I'm going to go, I would like to ride with Kenny in the X MR, but then again, it wouldn't hurt to take the rental. Either way I plan on being there Friday and Saterday.

I agree that i do not RECOMMEND doing a burnout. Wheel hop is possible which i have done before and blew my t-case. Also if you hook that is alot of strain on your entire drivetrain.
