Greddy Type-S BOV + EVO flange
I recently got a non-adjustable Tomie BOV (as a present from the gf) for the evo and I no longer need the Type-S. I replaced the rubber diaphragm in the BOV within the last month and only had it on the car for a couple weeks before I got the new BOV. The diaphragm for the type-s costs $70 (http://www.jazzproparts.com/product_p/99900061.htm). I will open up the BOV and take pics of the new diaphragm if anyone wants. It comes with the evo flange too.
The diaphragms on the type-s gets brittle over time and cracks. It's practically a brand new BOV with the new diaphragm installed.
asking $150 shipped
A couple little marks on the purple anodize from adjusting the spring tension, but thats it.
the whole thing

only spot that shows a little wear... little nicks in the purple anodizing

the evo was acting weird and boost was incredibly inconsistent. Since the greddy is an adjustable BOV, I thought I just had to adjust the spring tension a little. Well after a couple weeks of that BS, I got fed up and took it out. Took it all apart to make sure nothing was loose and saw a nice rip in the diaphragm. It's obviously a common issue if they sell replacement ones. After replacement, car was perfect again.
