I believe Mellon is in Tennesee. If not, then he is someh
where around that area. If I were you I would just go to the shop. They are great guys and can probably tune you either same day or within a cpl days. They are located right in Norwalk. About 30 min from you

Walt, Ethan, and other owners tuned by Mellon-
Where is Mellon located? I tried googling them, and I couldn't find an actual address. Do they have an actual shop, or are they a privately run, mail-in-tune business? I'm shopping around between a couple tuners in the state, and I'm leaning toward EFI, but they don't have a free saturday until April 17th. Since i'm impatient, I've been looking around in the meantime, and since Mellon is pretty big here on the forums i figured that I should look into it.

Yeah he does mail in tunes but you need a wb, evoscan or mitsuloger, ecuflash, tactrix cable and boost gauge. He does road tunes but is too far from us in ct. I got tuned by efi logics last year but had to tune during the week. Chris is very busy on the weekend. If you have all of the above i would recomend Mellon. The link to him is in my sig. just click on it.

I'm rocking a 6262 setup myself. The only thing that needs to go in is my motor which should hopefully take place next week. The only restriction on my car will be the unported head.

Mellon is in Memphis Tennesee. Chris doesnt really own a shop that I know of but thats not really his shtick. Im sure he does all of his own work and prob some installs for frineds and local guys but his main deal seemed that he was a guy that has been tuning for a while and testing different products and he started tuning professionally to help fund his builds. This is good in my opinion because last time I checked he has a main job as well. I cant remember what he said he does but this means that hes not in it JUST to slap a tune on your car and collect the $$$. This is hard to come by these days it seems because you can make some serious cash with a good rep tuning. Some shops charge around $500 per tune or more. A tune could take them 45 min. Thats $666 per hour! Granted your not tuning every hour of every working day but you see what im saying. Money is a *****, thats for sure.
That being said as Walt mentioned you will need a WB02 for accurate AFR readings a way to log boost is a good idea too a tactrix cable and evoscan or mitsulogger. I would say your more then welcome to use my setup but my tactrix is old school and doesn't support the CAN OBD port on the Evo X.
Let me know if you have any questions about Mellon or the tuning process with others.
