Well - my racing evening was not that good! I was the victim of yet ANOTHER release bearing to pressure plate clip popping off on the Exeddy Twin disk. I have heard of 3 others already and I make the 4th. What happens is the ring pops off which holds the release bearing and your clutch pedal stays down.
I'll have to take a long look at the spring, holder and ring to see why this is happening and what I can do to fix the problem. Apparanetly - the Exeddy twin dis uses the stock clip, ring and holder. Maybe it is a compatability issue or maybe the force to push down the cluth is just too much for the spring????
Anyway - I was able to get rolling and just shift without the clutch and it made it all the way back to CT !!!!!!!
Too bad cuase the dyno flash powered evo was rolling like a monster today on the way down.
Well - at least nothing expesive broke and it will be back and running tomorrow!
