100+ octane gas on Long Island..
Ok.. I recently got a few gallons of 100 octane Cam2 (Unleaded) gas.. It was at a Sunoco near where my G/F lives in Nassau.. I was wondering if anyone knows of any places that have 100+ octane gas in the area? (West suffolk/east nassau prefferred)
I used to know of one on Long Island Ave in Deer Park, but I think it closed down.. Plus at $5 and change a gallon, I was wondering if there's Unocal or something similar.
If anyone hasn't already noticed, the 94 octane Winter blend of Sunoco is CRAPPY.. 93 Octane GULF actually gives me less problems.
I live right near Republic Airport, yet I haven't stopped by there yet to see if they have an unleaded blend of airplane gasoline (piston engine, its usually Sunoco 116 octane)
Otherwise I'm stuck getting cans of VP unleaded race blend from S&K every 2 weeks..
