Not doubting it but I've never heard of the shop who built the motor so do a good search on them. Call ivey and see what he can tell you about it.
Honestly it's getting to be high mileage, and doesn't look that clean considering the owner is trying to sell it for more than 15K. I'd keep looking and hope to find a better deal personally. You may be buying someone else's project or headache.
edit: just re-read he wants 21k for it which to me is a lot of money considering the condition, mileage, possible accident damage noted, and possibly not being able to trust the build quality of it.

i talked to the owner he said he will let it go for 19k . so now im just waiting to hear back from ivey. going to look at it soon

We tuned it, we didn't do any other work to it other than change a coupler on the upper IC, that was last yr, we haven't seen it since.
