go to dsg in norwood if your just looking for dyno time, they are probably the closest. if your looking for tuning, avoid them like the plague.

way off topic, but your friends with blake right?

Yeah I know Blake, I work with him. He had told me one of his buddies got a silver X before he left for Ohio, I just put 2 and 2 together.

ESP, Synaptic3 (NH), and ECS (CT) and DSG all have AWD dynos.

DSG in Norwood is the closest. I have had work done by them before. Great guys and they do great work. I have no opinion on their tuning but, if it matters they are the only ones that I let work on my car.

For many reasons in fact.

We brought a mildly modded evo IX to the shop, on the dyno for some pulls, we leave and check the "changes" made to the map and they were practically untouched and stock. Boost limits were never changed. Timing was not played with, they actually pulled timing on this car to what they liked to call a "conservative tune". Tons of other stuff were simply never touched.

We did this on purpose to prove a point due to having another friends car "tuned" by them and coming out with stock like changes.

They seem to do great work but working with ecuflash/evoscan is not one of their strong points.

We brought the first car in after WE tuned it and made 44+ hp on their dyno with the same mods, and same weather conditions.

Go down to the ShopCT in Norwalk CT

I am going to have them tune my car with the FP Black next month. Junior has a lot of experience tuning and has experience with tephra's bigmap. I have been going back and forth with Damian and they are definitely a bunch of guys that know what they are doing.

FWIW Junior also tunes for TurboTrix.

Many of the shops mentioned here not vendors and should be used at your own risk.

Also, no linking to non-vendors. You can mention the shop name and location but no url links.

Thanks!

Why would the car have been tuned if you brought it in for pulls on the dyno?
