I just decided to copy and paste the pms going back and forth between us so everyone can read. At the end of the day its a $30 item, im trying to resolve this issue but this guy would like to just drag it on.
I am trying to work with you over here but you are just trying to play the entire finger pointing game. Did you ever try to take into account the item being damaged by shipping? How is it possible for me produce an entirely different ash tray cover, I drive a completely different year evo? Could it be perhaps from your evo? The entire area that is “damaged” sits under the other part of the center console and it not visible, try mounting it and you will see. My original pictures are still up, I am not trying to hide anything. What gain could I potentially have from trying to burn you for a $30 dollar item?
I really don’t have the time nor the want to waste more energy arguing about this. No matter what accusation you are trying to make I am still trying to get you your money back. I already paid out of pocket extra to ship that item, the edited address was never listed on the msg box in paypal. You are proving yourself to be a very difficult person to deal with. You are obviously unhappy with what you received but instead of trying to resolve this issue and work with me you want to play these types of games.
That being said I am STILL trying to do what it takes to make you happy. I will take a hit on the shipping back and forth. I have no problems issuing a full refund(even what you paid for in shipping). Here what I would like to happen. Just stop the back and forth now. I will send you over the label, once I get the item back I will issue you a full refund. I’m almost confident that this isn’t the last pm or post I will see from you about this. Going forward this is how I am going to react….I will not respond to any other posts or pms concerning this item. When you want to take the time to step back and grow up here is what I would like you to do. Send me a pm or email (vincecastellano@gmail.com) simply with the subject line saying “return shipping” and it will be sent. Once I receive the MR console back I will issue a full refund. I really don’t know what else I can do on my end.

I really have no problem doing whatever it takes to please the buyer at the end of the day. But, I do not understand what your deal is. From day one I was wiling to work with you, shipping to different addresses, going out of my way to make a box for this huge item and even paying out of my pocket to ship it over. Its always been accusation with you. Go around to other forums my user name is the same, I have done write ups and worked with vendors here on evom. I really have better things to do than rip of someone across the country on $30.
Take into consideration, that the item is used, the item has come off a car that is approx 4 years old. These items go through wear and tear. It's a $30 dollar piece what do you expect, I never sold it as a perfect condition item. But thats fine i'll work with you.
Send me a pic of the area that is unacceptable. I have no problems sending you a return tag and issuing a refund when I receive the console back.
