Wow Ive heard a lot of mixed things about Dynoflash or AL in the past. Both extremes. Great tuner not so great. It seems that maybe the "newer" Al is different then the old Al. Ive never met him or dealt with him so hard to say for me.
Ive used two seperate tuners to date and I can say i was happy with Chris at Mellon tuning. (Link is in my sig) but you have to do your own logging and you did ask for a shop to tune here in CT.... So with your setup you may be better off handing the whole car over to a reputable shop.
I will say this though from personal experience just because someone has a great name on the forums etc doesn't always mean they do good work. Sad but true. I think its important to speak with the tuner first and see how they deal with your questions. Make sure they are not in it just to make a quick buck and that tuning is their devotion as well as customer satisfaction. This is why I mention Chris from Mellon tuning you can argue his tuning ability's all day long (I think hes good) but his customer service is second to none...period. Your buying a service so this is important.
Good luck and feel free to chime in on the CT evo's thread and come by some of the meets sometime.

I think that's a very good point Ethan, Those whom have worked with me know I'm a big believe in service before, during and after the sale. That was nice of you to say, I really appreciate that!

I hear that EFI is one of the best shops around
I'm heading down there in June to have em look at a evo that I'm looking at buying
if everything goes well I'll be back for a tune in a month or 2
I'll let ya know how it all goes

EFI are a bunch of awesome guys, and really know their stuff. Walk into their shop... SPOTLESS.. Racecars everywhere.. Everything they do is VERY meticulous.... Nothing but the best comes out of EFI..
